The park is a series of different themed living spaces including a square, clubhouse, sales kiosk, swimming pool, sports area, children’s playground, indoor gym area, and main lake area. With the advantage of an elongated shape, the area is easily divided into two separate dynamic areas serving the needs of different ages. The facilities around the water are also fully exploited such as the sunrise viewing station, the outdoor gym area to attract people. Especially, the system of the clubhouse – swimming pool – sports area is intelligently planned by LSS with modern shapes and easily connects other functional areas in the most harmonious way. The free and winding lines are mainly used to create a friendly feeling like the image of the waves of the coastal city.
