Launched The First Vietnam Society of Landscape Architect – Hanoi

At the signing ceremony of the establishment decision, there were representatives:

Within the framework of the ceremony, the 1st Congress of the first Vietnam Society of Landscape Architect took place with members of the first term 2020-2025 including:

3. Architect Nguyen Thai Thuat Hien
4. Architect Pham Thi Ai Thuy
5. Architect Pham Anh Tuan

Executive Committee of Vietnam Landscape Architects Association for the first time, term 2020 -2025

At the same time, the Association also launched the Executive Committee on Young Landscape Architects, in which architect Nguyen Thai Thuat Hien holds the position of chairman with two members of architect Bui Cong Minh and architect Nguyen Anh Vu. The committee is considered the golden generation that will follow the success of the senior classes led by architect Nguyen Thai Thuat Hien as the chairman.

Speaking at the ceremony, PhD. Arch. Phan Dang Son – Chairman of VAA highly appreciated the transformation of the Landscape Architecture industry in recent years, demonstrating the development potential and strong attraction of the industry to domestic and foreign markets, thereby demanding requires a formal representative organization in the industry recognized by law as well as society. Faced with that situation, the establishment of the Vietnam Society of Landscape Architect is a solid step in the goal of creating a collaborative environment for design and construction enterprises, material suppliers, partners and businesses. potential customers as well as a multi-faceted playground connecting individuals and groups in the Landscape Architecture community.

PhD. Arch. Pham Anh Tuan – Head of the Department of Landscape Architecture and Planning, Hanoi National University of Civil Engineering and a member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Association of Landscape Architects, term 1 2020-2025, said: “Through professional activities as well as communication, training and international cooperation activities, it is hoped that the establishment of the Landscape Architects Association will contribute to spreading and making practical contributions to the country’s architecture”.

PhD. Arch. Pham Anh Tuan, member of the Executive Committee of the Association for the 1st term 2020-2025, spoke at the ceremony.
